Programme Installation Problem

I seek your urgent assistance as I received an error message after attempting to update to the latest file version 8.2 Build 927. As a result I then uninstalled the program from computer & then downloaded & installed this latest & complete file version from your website to hopefully to do the trick. However, I unfortunately have received the same error message again that stated: "There is a problem with this windows installer package. A programme required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personel or package vendor." Could you please assist me as I keep going round in a loop. Kind Regards, John.

We've released a new build just now (929) can you try with it?

Thank you for your reply.

Following your suggestion, I proceeded with the installation of the new build (whilst also pausing the anti-virus protection) & the same error message has again occurred!

Furthermore, may I point out that the installation reaches the 87% mark during the "Publishing Product Information" stage.
Does this provide you any useful clues??

FYI - As an update to the above, I managed to uninstall the corrupt file using "Windows Fixit" that I downloaded from their support website page. This allowed me to then fully install the latest build that you suggested without a hitch. But now when I start the newly installed program, I get the following message alerting me with: "License is not valid for printer doPDF 8 (error 15). Print Job will be cancelled." Could you please assist me with this. Kind Regards, John.
