I found out that i couldnot use hidend weblinks within the conversion. Once i discovered this i then changed them all to full weblinks http : // www ..... now what i have noticed is that say you have a long weblink which goes over more than one line, the conversion only includes the first line of the link and cuts of the rest, however doPdf shows that it has converted the whole link.

actually dopdf doesn't do the link conversion, that is done by Adobe Reader. If you would like to convert hidden hyperlink I suggest you to try novaPDF - http://www.novapdf.com/ - as it comes with add-ins for Word, Excel, ... , and when using those add-ins you are able to convert hidden hyperlinks too.
