vista conversions with do pdf

    when converting docs from vista and attaching to an outlook message some recipients get them as a winmail@dat titled attachments which cannot be opened? what gives?

    This is a problem with your recipient's email program. The solution is here, and quoting from that:

    The Microsoft Outlook e-mail program sometimes sends e-mails in the Transport Neutral Encapsulation Format (TNEF). Most other e-mail programs, including Thunderbird, do not understand TNEF.

    There are some solutions provided on that page, the most efficient probably being to disable TNEF in Outlook.
