I am running XP on a work computer, doPDFv6 worked great with the older adobe reader program (not sure what version). IT pushed adobe reader X and now v6 no longer works, there is no "printed" pdf file after using it. Will upgrading to v7.3 do the trick? the reason I ask is I will have to get IT's permission and don't want to bother if that is not a good possibility of a fix. For what its worth, my scanner will no longer scan to pdf either.

Our doPDF V6 should work with any Adobe Reader version without any issues so upgrading to novaPDF V7 will not make any difference as from your details it seems the Adobe Reader upgrade that was made on the computer is the cause.
