I had installed the dopdfv7 to change my newsletter done in microsoft publisher to a pdf file for distribution to our members. However, today I am having problems. It always worked very slickly. I would select the dopdfv7 printer and it would pop up on my screen and I would save it to my desktop for for a file. Now it does not pop up. What's Up?

Hello,
Can you try to print something from Notepad, a text file for example to see if this is working as it should for testing.
If it is not please check the Printer queue for any documents that may be blocked there and if there are any try to restart the Print spool service.
If you still have issues after that try restarting the PC, maybe some configuration changed. We have tested this but there are no issues while printing.
