Using doPDF with Accounting program

    I'm trying to use doPDF with an accounting program, VisionPoint 2000. When printing a document, a dialog box comes up with options, one of which is "Print to Laser?" If I choose "no", then not all of the data appears on the printed document. If I choose "yes", doPDF does not engage. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    hi, you should ask the developers of visionpoint for a solution, I think that the program is just a very old version and doesn't support this type of printing.
