      it takes too long to process the pdf about 1 hr sometimes noting at all.

      To process 1 hour on a file it should contain about 10000 highly loaded pages. Since I don't think that's the case, it might be something wrong with the installation, so I would suggest completely uninstalling it and installing the latest version.
