The Save PDF File Dialog Box comes up behind open windows

When using the DO PDF printer, the Save PDF File dialog box comes up behind open windows. If the open windows are maximized, I can't even tell it is there. Can it be set to come up on top of all other open windows? It would save a couple clicks getting to it. I love this program, I never print out receipts any more, I print them in pdf. Thanks so much for making this available, especially for free!

Are you using the latest version of dopdf, 6.3? We'll also add a "stay on top" for all windows in version 7 (due in about 1 month).

Yes I made sure I had the latest before I posted. Thanks, I'll look for it in v7
