I have a pdf with non embedded fonts. I wanted to print this pdf with the dopdf print driver with the 'embed fonts' checked. The resulting pdf didn't look like the orginal. Part of the drawing became completely black while some shading on the original went away. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

Unfortunately doPDF is not intended or optimized for re-converting PDF files so this is why you are getting these issues with the fonts and the drawing. The quality of the PDF drops when this sort of conversion is done.

    Thank you for understanding.

I selected Print As Image as a workaround.

    Hi there,

I tried to print a word document with 2 pages.

The first page prints properly, while the second page is blank.

However, when I try to print the 2nd page only, it prints perfectly.

    Why is this happening?

    Hi,

Please send us that specific document if possible along with this information so we can make some tests at support@novapdf.com

Also mention the exact OS version and doPDF version you have used when printing so we can replicate the test environment as well.

    Thank you.
