Print from MS Paint, half pages missing

I'm trying to printing to pdf from MS paint, its a large .png image set up to tile over 8 pages when it prints. The pdf produced doesn't have the first four pages, but it does have the last four, repeated twice. Tried with different files of the same size, same problem.

On further inspection, think its an obscure paint bug, not a dopdf problem.
