PDFs won't open on last viewed page

    I'm using Acrobat Reader and I have selected "Restore Last View Settings When Reopening Documents" to bookmark my documents and this works fine except for PDFs created with the dopdf printer which do not open on the last page I was on when I closed them, but always on the first. Why?

    We made some tests and managed to reproduce this behavior. A fix will be available for this issue in the next release.
