No fonts on pc display device but a block with a cross in it

    Hi there,

    When my the customer opens the pdf on her pc. Some fonts are not good.
    Pdf is made in Acrobat pro 9 small file size.
    Some font are changed in a block with a cross in it.
    How come? What is the problem.

    Hi, did you have the option to "Embed fonts" checked when creating the pdf in the save dialog?
