I am using genealogy software to create a "wall chart," I click dopdf printer from the list of printers. When I save the file it opens into Acrobat Reader not in chart form but in single sheet format.
Is there a way to put the single pages as a chart or when it prints will it be in chart form (larege sheet of paper)?

It seems like the chart is probably a custom large size, but gets printed in a letter-size format. doPDF normally prints the pdf exactly in the format it receives, so make sure the Print Setup in your genealogy software is set for a custom large size.
If that doesn't work, set the same custom size you have in the genealogy program in the doPDF Printing Preferences window (when you select doPDF as the printer, click on Properties for it and select Custom and add a custom width and height).
