How to do PDF presentation?

    Hi,

    How can I make a similar PDF presentation?

    1) What kind of software used to create this kind of PDF presentation?
    Is it done in powerpoint and converted to PDF? If so, how can I convert powerpoint to PDF?

    2) I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 installed in my computer. How can I do the bookmarks on the top of page? I know how to do the bookmarks on the side(not inside the page, see the link).

    1) most likely it's done in powerpoint and after that converted to a pdf
    2) those bookmarks are originally created in the powerpoint too, and carried over during the conversion to pdf
