I am in the print mode and I get this message plus--the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. IT IS NOT BEING USED BY ANOTHER PROCESS. What do I do wrong since this is the first time I am used this program after downlaoding it?

hi, make sure you close the printing (eventually restart your computer to be sure now queues are left active) and try printing again, as if it says it's being used by another process it might be that you already have it opened elsewhere (or there's another printing job in queue).
