PDF Forum - doPDF » Troubleshooting

    I'm running ver. 6.2.301 and Publisher 2007 files won't convert (eveything else converts flawlessly). The print dialog box opens and the message says "Waiting for printer to respond: doPDF v6" and it hangs up there indefinately. What do I do?

    hi, so from other programs it works just fine? does this happen with a particular publisher file or with any publisher file? in case it happens with a particular file can you send it to us at info[]dopdf[]com?

    Hi, yes, all other programs work just fine. It happens on all publisher files. I even opened a stock template and tried to convert it without even making a change to it and same issue.
