I generated a pdf from a MS Word 2007 document which used the Cambria font. On opening the pdf in OS X, no font could be seen. Everything except the font was seen (bullets, tables etc). PDF was generated on a Win XP SP3 system.
What could be the problem?
Hi, did you try embedding the fonts in the pdf? I'm thinking maybe on the os system the font was not present.
Yes I did, but couldnt see fonts. Worse, even the bullets and some formatted colors werent visible.
Can you send the original document (.docx) to info[]dopdf[]com so we could try troubleshooting here? If it's senzitive information you can replace it, we just need a document that we can reproduce this error with.
