DoPDF 7.2 Build 353 Problem Printing

    Dear all,

    I have problem printing to doPDF from one website. It is an online banking site that works ok in the earlier version (6.x). There is no error message that pops up but when I print the windows print spooler will stop and the printing will not proceed.

    FYI, the URL is maybank2u.com.my. The OS is Windows 7 64bit running Intel i5 CPU with 4GB RAM with the latest patches. The error message that I get on the Application Event log is as below.

    Hello,

    We have tried different links from the website including the home page for printing but we are not getting any errors.

    If you have multiple versions installed please make sure you completely uninstall the old ones and only the latest doPDF version remains on the PC.

    It work for all the versions.

    Hi,

    Printing problem only occurs after login and trying to print the Banking transaction. The problem does not occur with Chrome. must be IE. because the file name that is presented as the filename in dopdf is different when in IE vs Chrome

    Hello,

    doPDF prints whatever it receives from the browser in which the print is made so most probably this is related to the way IE handles the files and sends them for printing.
