    Hello,

    We tried to replicate the behavior but we are not having any errors in installing doPDF.

    Also from what we see in the error, the faulting module RPCRT4.dll is a Windows API that does not have any direct connection to the doPDF installation.

    What can we suggest is that if you had any previous version to completely uninstall them and give it another try. This is an article on how to completely remove doPDF from the PC:
