Created 0 KB pdf when printing large word file

    When I printed large word file (58 pages 3.1 mb), it created 0kb pdf file, and then creates 0kb file for all the files.

    have you restarted your computer and tried again? it seems that the print spooler service stopped and the way to restart it easier is to restart the computer. if you did and still has this problem, does this happen when you print a test file from notepad too?

    yes it is the spooler service problem. I restarted the computer, but it still not working even a notepad file. how to resolve the problem?
