After printing to doPDF, I hold down Alt+B to open the browse window, however, this does not do anything. I have to click in the File Name field before the hotkeys will work. Is there something I'm missing? I'd rather not use the mouse because it really slows me down while working.

    I'm using Windows 7 64-bit and Office 2010 64-bit. Thanks.

    Hello,

We have tested this issue on a WIn 7 x64 with Office x64 installed but we are not having any issues pressing the key combination when printing with doPDF.

What can we suggest is a complete doPDF reinstall using this article:

and giving it another go after.

This may also be related to the 2010 Office in the way it handles that specific file for printing.

    Thank you.

I'm having the same issue with doPDF v7 at home (WinXP x32 and Office 2007) and at work (Win7 x64 and Office 2007). Both worked just fine win doPDF v6. If I try to use the default folder written in the dialog box, it cannot find that folder; if I manually specify the path for the PDF file, it fails aswell.

    :-(

Ok, in Win7 x64 the full uninstall and reinstall procedure works!

    Thanks.
