    Is there any Back-end Scripting Capability with doPDF which could be used to interface it with our PDF packaging and encryption software?

    No, doPDF cannot be controlled programatically. You should look at our developer tools created for the commercial version (novaPDF). The direct link is: http://www.novapdf.com/en/pdf-toolkit.html
