Access Denied

    HI,
    I've just installed the new version 6.2 and when I tried to create a PDF, i received this message :
    - Error creating PDF (Access is denied).

    What can I do? the version I used before worked.

    Make sure that the folder you have the rights to access the folder where the PDF is saved. A test you can do is to save to a common folder, such as your desktop, or if this happens only when you're printing from a specific program try doing a test from Notepad for instance.

    Hi,
    For sure I have the rights, it's on my desktop. The strangest thing, it works with the other version 6.1 ( or something like this, 6.x for sure:)
    Could it have a problem with this version with Vista???

    HI, Finally it works, I was in the windows folder and I've changed for the desktop. Sorry for confusion.
