I am able to use doPDF comfortably in printing html documents (using Firefox). However, not being able to print from MS Office applications.
MS Word and MS Excel: doPDF shows as the default printer but just below it the status shows as "Idle" (in Firefox, the status shows as "Ready"). On giving print command, an error message opens up "Windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer set up".
MS Powerpoint: On clicking 'Print', it directly says "No printers are installed".
Any reasons why this may be happening?
Spoolsv.exe is running normally.
