I realized that the Save As prompt was behind all other windows, and I had to Alt-Tab to get to it.</p> <p>It didn't appear on the Task Bar, and it obviously didn't pop up in front of the application I was printing from.</p> <p>Is this a known issue? In my MS Word file I have my author name set to my name, when the pdf file opens it is using my user profile name "sunshine"... I have changed my profile name to my name, checked the MS Word Doc and the author name was correct, restarted the pc with the new user profile name and still I get the same result - the wrong author name appears in the PDF document file. I only have the reader - therefore I can't change the information from inside Acrobat.
