<description>&#60;p&#62;That happens when you print from a browser, so look in the Print Settings of the browser on how to turn off the header/footer information. For instance in IE8 you'd go to File-Print Preview, then press Alt+E (or click the Turn off header/footer information) to hide that information before doing the printing.
