I realized that the Save As prompt was behind all other windows, and I had to Alt-Tab to get to it.</p> <p>It didn't appear on the Task Bar, and it obviously didn't pop up in front of the application I was printing from.</p> <p>Is this a known issue? Has it been fixed already?<br /> Having the Save As dialog appear on the Task Bar or having it make sure it is the top-most window would help. </p>
