<description>&#60;p&#62;To a word doc you need a special pdf to doc converter. However, to a .txt file it's easier and can be done with the free Adobe Reader.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Just open your pdf in Adobe Reader (8+), choose File &#38;gt; Save As Text and in the Save As Text dialog box, enter the filename and location before clicking Save.
