Since I am a eBook lover, so I think some useful site to make the conversion.
There is free PDF to ePub converter online calibre.com but it has a catsh that you may not convert in batch at one time. And it perhaps takes a long time to present you the output files.
Also, you may try this tutorial about how to convert PDF to ePub format. Results depend entirely on the PDFs that you want to convert.
Glad that you got it working.

Hi,

You can convert your A4 PDF to an A5 format one by choosing the A5 page size in the Properties window for doPDF when printing from Adobe Reader for example.

Thank you.

Hi, sorry but doPDF only converts from a printable document to PDF, not the other way around. Do a search on google for "pdf to epub" and see maybe there are some tools to help you with the conversion.

Hello,

Unfortunately we are not familiar with what Scansoft PaperPort does as an application.

You cannot use doPDF to merge PDF files and there isn't a doPDF v7 specific type of file as the PDF resulted is the same as any other PDF form Adobe. For merging the PDF files however you can use the novaPDF converter which is available here: http://www.novapdf.com/en/pdf-software.html

What are the applications I can use to convert a doPDF v7 file to use in my Scansoft PaperPort program.

I have 5 files (3 Excel and 2 Word) I use to consolidate into one pdf file. In Paperport I am able to stack the different file into one file. I am usually able to convert an Adobe PDF into a PDF File I can stack but I get an error message saying I must have Adobe Acrobat to make any changes or save as.

Is there anyway around this to use a product I already own? Is there somesort of security setting I can change?

Thanks.

Sorry, you cannot do that with dopdf as it can only convert the other way around (from a document type to pdf). But you can create jpegs (somehow manually) from Adobe Reader directly.

Simply open the pdf and then there's the Snapshot Tool (go to Tools->Select & Zoom->Snapshot Tool) you can use to select the entire page and a screenshot of it will be saved into the clipboard - then you can paste that into Microsoft Paint.

Hope that helps.

I'm not sure what happens. The only solution left you could check is here - http://www.dopdf.com/forum/topic/dopdf-does-not-appear-in-the-printers-list-after-installation with the framedyn.dll file. Otherwise, I cannot help in troubleshooting this.

Hi,
You have to "print" your file to doPDF, as you would print it to a normal printer. Please see this tutorial http://www.dopdf.com/forum/topic/how-to-create-pdf-files-with-dopdf (even if it's for Word 2003, you see how you have to open the Print dialog and select dopdf in there).
