What we can suggest related tothe novaPDF 5 version error is for you to go to the registry path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\ , find the novaPDF 5 entry and remove it from there.</p> <p>Regarding novaPDF 6 there is also a registry key you need to find and remove but that one depends on the OS so it would be the best to just search the registry editor for any novapdf 6 values and remove those.
