I am attempting to compile my DOC files that contain 5x6 inch jpgs that have a 1pixel stroke around the perimeter, but for some reason when the PDF is created, the bottom line is removed and not visible anymore... Has anyone heard of this problem before or know how to solve this? Thanks!

Hello,

Are you using doPDF when creating the PDF file or a customized application?

Can you also let us know the doPDF version and build you are using and also send us the file in question so we can make some tests as well?

Thank you.

Softland - I am using deskPDF because even the acrobat program was doing the same thing so I wanted to try something different. I will attach a sample doc and the pdf that was created and you will see the bottom line is missing from both graphics when opened with Acrobat reader. Really strange.... Oh, I guess I can't attach files here so here are the URLs: http://www.mrgomezonline.com/1.doc and http://www.mrgomezonline.com/sample.pdf

Thanks for you help

Hello,

We have just printed the doc you attached with the latest doPDF version and the file is printed correctly without any lines missing.

Can you install the latest version after a complete uninstallation of the previous ones and let us know if you still have the issues?

Thank you.
