My DOPDF is not saving any Webpage as PDF file

Post by MUHAMMADUSMAN09 »

Hello there!

I have installed DOPDF software. It can print MS word,Excel files and can save these files into pdf.

When i try to print any webpage and save it as a pdf, it does not do that. it just keeps loading preview. when i hit on the print button the dialogue box vanishes. i often need to save webpages as pdf but i am unable to that. I am using Google Chrome.

Not only just DOPDF but also other software wont print files from webpages like "XPS PDF document writer".

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I have similar issues on quite a few machines.
In my case it is directly linked to IE 11.

As soon as I updated my stations to IE11 users started reporting losing the ability to print to pdf from webpages.
They can print from other applications but not inside IE11.

Changing browsers is not an option.
Uninstalling and reinstalling has not resolved.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the latest verison has not resolved.
Removing Internet Protected mode has not resolved.

...nor has dozens of other steps.

If someone has a magic bullet I would love to know about it, otherwise I am going to have to find another PDF solution.

The problem is not related to doPDF, especially since you tried printing using other printers (i.e. XPS) and it didn't work. My suggestion is to be sure you have the latest version of Google Chrome installed. If it still happens, disable any plugins that you have activated restart it and try again. It might be one of the plugin's fault.
