Installed DoPDF. No longer can print a pdf file opened from Adobe X. Just closes the Adobe X window after a few seconds. Uninstalled doPDF and problem went away. Re-installed doPDF and problem re-occurs. Any idea where the conflict might be?

Hi,

Can you give us more details about this, i.e.:

- do you open a pdf in Adobe Reader X (and you can view its contents) and when you try to print it again from AR it crashes the reader?

or

- all the PDFs created with doPDF when opened in AR crash it?

If it is a specific PDF file that does this problem, we would need that PDF to do tests, but if it happens with all of them let us know the answers for the above questions.

Able to open pdf's with AR. When I go to print get an AR(not responding)message in the AR header and it closes the AR window after a couple seconds. Happens on all pdf's I tried.

That's strange, it doesn't happen on our tests. Is dopdf set as the default printer? If so, can you select another printer as default and try to see if the error re-occurs?
